About This Trip

Take a trip to Ski Paradise! Steppin’ Out welcomes you to join us at the beautiful Steamboat Grand Hotel for a wonderful Ski Adventure! Located in Steamboat Springs CO the amenities inside the hotel include a spa, health club, pools/hot tubs, and Ski Valet storage. A full itinerary has been organized for all guests to enjoy this beautiful venue and activities.

We love the true western hospitality, and friendliness of the mountain, not to mention its reputation for deep powder. It is one of the biggest ski mountains in North America! 142 trails make Steamboat the 2nd largest mountain in Colorado with 3,668 ft. vertical and 2,939 acres of terrain The mountain offers terrain for all level skiers and snowboarders. (trail classifications are 13% beginner, 56% intermediate, and 31% advanced), with open areas on Sunshine and Storm Peaks offering fabulous skiing for those looking specifically for great powder.

Meet At

Meet At Yampa Valley Airport (HDN) before 4:00pm on Day 1, so you can partake in evening activities. Information about flight schedule can be found on the Steamboat website, and your transportation is included in your price.

If you fly into Denver airport, it is about a 4-hour drive. Additional round trip pricing TBD. They leave the airport at 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 9 pm

And the Steamboat to Denver shuttles are 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm

Steamboat. Winter air service into the Yampa Regional Airport (HDN) which is located 30 minutes from Steamboat offers daily and weekend flights from Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Newark/New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington-Dulles. Our package includes round trip transfers from Hayden, but attendees can also fly to Denver International Airport and drive to Steamboat and enjoy a beautiful three hour drive through the mountains. Direct from 11 major cities plus many connections. Shuttle pricing and arrival times are TBD.

Depart From

Depart From: HDN airport on your final day. We will get you to the airport based on your flights, but we recommend not booking anything too early in the morning. Consult with us regarding Denver.
